The receptionist was kind, friendly and quick. She explained the pricing of the optional eye imaging up front incase I didn't want my eyes dilated. The office was clean and welcoming. Dr. Praxton was incredibly wonderful, informative, and had a lovely demeanor. Highly recommend this clinic! They're very professional and transparent.

Dr. Pexton is very kind and knowledgeable. The receptionist is very kind and always brightens my day. I have never had any problems and have always got the correct prescription.

Dr. Paxton was great. Took time to explain things to me, make recommendations based on my individual needs, and genuinely wanted me to learn and have a good experience. You can tell he sincerely cares about his patients, and what he does. He also wanted to know how to improve services, he made a point to ask about the online services they have started to provide and my thoughts on them. On top of that, the prices were more than fair! I've dealt with other Vision clinics that will charge you your left kidney for a pair of glasses, and that was not the case at this clinic. The staff was kind enough to walk me through how to obtain my benefits with VSP, and validated my insurance prior to arrival.

The customer service at Frontier Vision is excellent! Dr. Pexton and everyone that works there is kind and helpful. They explain things very well and never made me feel like a bother when I was having problems finding contacts that fit well. This is by far the best customer service I have received from a vision clinic in Cheyenne!

Best eye exam I have had in years; highly recommend! I had a hard time finding someone that I have liked and was as thorough, he reminded me of my eye doctor growing up. Dr. Pexton was great working with me while my three year old was in the room, and was even better working with my three year old. I was amazed! Very friendly staff too.

This office was such a great find. I highly recommend to anyone in need of vision services. From the first scheduling call with the receptionist I knew it'd be a great visit. Very local small town feel from the provider. He was kind, patient, explained things thoroughly so that I feel that I learned from the visit. The office was clean and the staff was professional. I will definitely be referring my friends and family.
