What an awesome place! Super friendly and calm, professional, comfortable, nice setting and atmosphere. They fixed my glasses free of charge. From now on this will be where I go for all my eye exams and glasses. Highly recommend this place to everyone in Cheyenne. 5 Star rating!

My wife was so impressed with the services she received at Quick Draw Optical, she is now planning for other family members to channel their needs into the care by these folks. I am one of those she is guiding toward their services. Having a strong bias for Jim and Damita, technicians and owners of this establishment must be disclosed as I pen this review - these are 2 of the most remarkably honest and diligent people doing business with the Cheyenne community that I have encountered. You can be assured that your trust in their care for the requirements you entrust to Quick Draw Optical will be protected and rewarded by the staff's attention to detail and by their professional experience in rendering their quality and competent products and services. I just want to let Quick Draw Optical how dissatisfied I am with the lenses I got from them. They are supposed to be transition lenses, but they are cheap plastic lenses that have a coating on them that comes off. The lenses do not get dark like sun glasses. Part of lenses get kinda dark, with spots that are real dark like they're supposed to be. To say I'm disappointed in the quality is an understatement! They aren't reflective lenses either , which is something that absolutely drives me CRAZY! I definitely will not do any business with them again, and not recommend them!

I love this store! I have purchased all of my frames and lenses here for over five years and I never intend to shop elsewhere. The owner is absolutely wonderful, honest, helpful, and accommodating in every way, including, but not limited to: Up-to-date, frank, and skilled fashion advice, financial concerns and accommodations and honestly, even just small talk. I love their styles and the brands of frames chosen for their store and holy cow!! Same day glasses?! Wonderful quality, great workmanship, and so insanely fast--they offer current and chic styles in both affordable frames and, of course, the recognizable high-end brands my teenage daughter just has to have. Classic, timeless, chic, utilitarian, sturdy... something for everyone. I just absolutely adore the owner's personality and also her full-time employee is just the sweetest woman and they just really make the best team to have you feeling very special and important. They take their time helping you get exactly what you want even when you don't know yourself what that might be and they will never complain if you go in just to browse or talk and window shop. Wow - incredible customer service! I was in Cheyenne for the big Frontier Days rodeo when my glasses suddenly needed some minor repair and adjustment. I went to Quick Draw Optical and absolutely couldn't have had a better experience. They were very nice, fixed my glasses right away, actually did more than I expected in terms of getting them tuned up, and didn't charge me a penny. This was even though they knew that I was only a visitor in town for the rodeo. I was so impressed with them! I would definitely recommend them to others.

Customer service is alive and well at Quick Draw Optical. Their on-site lab, coupled with great service from the optical staff make getting glasses made quickly with all my questions answered, new glasses were made in about 4 hours from leaving frames with staff, prices are very good for basic lenses but can escalate based on lens features as well as time to complete taking up to two weeks, you can't go wrong bringing in your frames, prescription and questions for the gift of vision from a shop that still believes in exceeding your expectations for service! Highly recommended

Over a year ago, I stopped by Quick Draw Optical in Cheyenne. I usually order glasses online because it's cheap. (I go through glasses too quickly ... usually 2-3 pairs a year). I considered alternatives to cheap glasses, but couldn't justify the expense of frames and lenses from the eye doctor. Sick of cheap ones breaking, though, I figured i'd give this a try. Right away, I was greeted and helped. Both ladies working were so friendly and not at all pushy. Their frames aren't cheap, but not any more expensive than at the eye doctor. Even with my complicated prescription, my glasses were ready in less than 48 hours. Fast forward a year and a half, and I still have these frames and lenses! My lenses aren't scratched up and the frames aren't bent or broken. I wear them every day and I'm so thankful. This isn't the cheapest option, but i'm confident it's the best one.

I'm visiting from out of town. My hosts' new puppy ate my computer glasses! I stopped at 2 different places that could not help or didn't even try. But they pointed me towards Quick Draw. At QD I presented my tale of woe. Lucinda and Demita jumped into finding a solution for me. My slightly damaged but complicated lenses found a new home in a new frame and while I waited they even adjusted my everyday frame for me! Friendly, helpful, willing - you couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you, ladies!
