Dr. Williams was excellent. Now the part i didn't like was I didn't get my PD measurements for my glasses on my script. It was an extra fee, which I feel should have been included with my exam. That was my only complaint, and no I didn't pay for it. I just didn't get it. Thank you.

I brought my disabled mom to her 3pm appointment today. She was very excited to be able to get new glasses. From the time we came in the customer service was great. The receptionist and the doctor were phenomenal. Towards the end of the screening the doctor explained that he talked to the ladies up front and they let him know that we wouldn't be able to pick out glasses due to the office closing at 4. I asked if I could run out real quick to pick a pair for her, and he said he asked that too and they told him no. After he checked her dilated eyes we left to check out. I asked for myself if my mom could pick out glasses and the lady advised no because they closed at 4. I asked why was I allowed to select a 3:00pm appointment? She gave some answer that the time is still allowed to be picked. I have a real problem with this. In all my years of purchasing glasses I have never been told I couldn't pick my glasses before I left my appointment. If that's how you run a business it is poor customer service. You're telling me these ladies couldn't stay an extra 15-20 minutes over to make sure a customer was satisfied? And I'm talking about basic satisfaction because picking your frames and lenses is apart of the appointment. If you're closing at 4 pm and you're sticking with that then 3pm does not need to be offered as an appointment time. The latest appointment time you need to offer is 2pm. Do you know how hard it is to get a disabled person who is wheel chair bound out to appointments? I had already knew that I would have to bring her back out to get the glasses, but now I had to bring her to the appointment, bring her back to pick her glasses, and then bring her back to get the glasses. Then because she is mentally impaired she doesn't understand why she didn't get to pick the glasses because that's what you do when you come to the eye doctor. Once we get these glasses we will not be back. Because of how knowledgeable the doctor was I was going to move me and my 2 kids from My Eye Dr to Pearle, but I definitely won't be doing that now. I wouldn't refer you to anyone. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Professional & welcoming, everyone did their part to give my eyes the very best exam. Online check-in was easy. Dr Williams discussed my exam results in terms I understood. Thanks for a great visit.

Dr. Larezia Williams is wonderful and very thorough. Just be careful as the salespeople at Pearle will attempt to add many upgrades without first asking. By going through each item I was able to reduce my cost of lenses by 90%

It was our first time going there. The lady answering the phone was super friendly. My dad and i got to the appointment and the everyone was really nice. Dr. Chambers was the sweetest ever and so was the lady who helped us get contacts and glasses at check out. Made our visit very smooth and welcoming! We need great people like this. Thank you!

My daughter and I have been coming to Pearl Vision a little over five years now. Our experience meets all the expectations of a optical visit and beyond. Staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable of insurance and frame selections. The doctors are beyond pleasant and well informed as they should be with your optical needs. My appointments are readily available, seeing that I have to make two at a time for my daughter and I! Friendly atmosphere, and I will continue my service here!

Everyone is always so helpful and nice. Dr. Chambers is amazing and always makes sure my visit is comfortable and quick. Always a great experience. Edit: The new location in the shopping center across from the Galleria is much easier to access, spacious and clean. Still a satisfied customer

My husband, son and I had appointments for eye exams and glasses and the entire visit was AWESOME!! The doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. Taura was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable as well! The young lady who checked us in was very nice as well!! We can't wait to pick up our glasses. Thanks Taura again for everything!
