I had a great experience at Pearle Vision! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist Matt was super friendly, patient, and helpful. He made the entire process smooth and answered all my questions without hesitation. Dr. Lawson was just as amazing--very professional, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam. He explained everything clearly and took his time making sure I understood my results. Overall, the entire visit was quick, easy, and pleasant. I definitely recommend Pearle's Vision for anyone needing eye care!

I had an appointment there three weeks ago. Was told I needed to see a retina specialist, and tried to call this location for the past two weeks to get them to forward my patient info to that specialist. No one answered my calls and the voicemail box was full so I couldn't even leave a message I finally drove by today and turns out the place isn't open even at 2:00 which falls within the reduced posted hours on their door (next to UPS notes showing that they have been MIA for a while). Took a picture of what the door looks like I saw another post from 10 months ago similar to this, so maybe this is just how this location does business. If they are shut down, then they need to refund me for my new lenses and return my backup pair of glasses that I left with them. Would not recommend.

I had the greatest experience at the Hoover, AL store! The optometrist was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The two people working the floor stayed open later (my appt was at 4:20) so that I could pick out glasses and sunglasses, and they were so professional but funny at the same time!

Website hours were wrong. Finally found a time off from work and classes, drove an hour to get here just to be met w a locked door and no hours on the glass at all so I could know when to try and come back. Thought maybe the location had closed, but these incorrect/inconsistent hours seems to be a common problem. Tried to call the store for hours and the line said the store hours weren't available
