Best staff! So kind and helpful. Dr. Chang , great doctor! Marianne was the best, my tests finished with ease. Tan, I could not have found the perfect glasses and so fast! Thank you! Shout out to Dr. Ruiz who helped me a couple of weeks ago with an eye infection. Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I visited total Vision Campbell for a routine exam. The wait time was not bad for a doctor's office and Dr Chen is very pleasant, professional and has exceptional bedside manners. I've read the reviews before choosing this place and was skeptical at first but my experience has been mostly positive. The front desk people were nice and everything was made clear in terms of copay before doing anything extra that the insurance wouldn't fully pay for. We were shown frames and given prices for lenses.

Excellent service, knowledgable doctor and friendly staff. We were in a pinch and needed to see an optometrist ASAP. Total Vision Campbell was able to make an appointment and see us before my regular optometrist even returned my call! The staff was super friendly and Dr Chang was outstanding. He took time to examine my daughter's eyes, explain the issue, give us a prescription and follow up instructions. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I stopped by on a Saturday to have the nose pads replaced on my little girl's glasses. I was greeted promptly by a receptionist and assisted with my repair need. Oscar was super helpful! I am so grateful they were able to take care of that, even without an appointment. Highly recommend them for exceptional service.

Husband and I went in for our annual checkup. Dr. Yu is very thorough, down-to-earth, and helpful!

This place is no longer the eye center it used to be. It has turned into a profit-driven business that seems more focused on emptying your pockets than providing genuine care. Be extremely cautious when visiting. Upon arrival, I was assured that I would only be charged the copay, but by the time I left, I was hit with an unexpected bill for services that were either incomplete or never performed. To make matters worse, they also billed my insurance for those same unprovided services. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to address my concerns, and their lack of transparency is alarming. Last year, I faced a similar issue, where they overcharged me and promised to refund half of the amount. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never saw a single cent of that refund. It feels like their promises are just a tactic to pacify frustrated customers. Additionally, the level of care has drastically declined under the new ownership. The office environment feels impersonal and rushed, and the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise against trusting this place with your care. It seems their priority is to exploit customers rather than help them.

My wife and daughter both use Family Eye Care Center as their optometrist. Dr Chang and Dr Yu are excellent, as are all of the employees! We have had excellent care and service on every visit. Everything about this place is fantastic. I highly recommend them.
