5 stars!! I had such a great experience at Unique Eyewear! They helped me navigate their massive selection of fabulous frames and together find the absolute perfect glasses for me. Truly, a gem of a shop, with an incredibly knowledgeable team all with an astute eye. I am so happy to have found them.

I came in to get my glasses fixed when the lens fell out of the frame in the middle of a busy day. I was helped by a friendly, professional woman who immediately fixed my glasses and didn't charge me anything. I hadn't bought them from this business, but the person made me feel welcome. I look forward to giving them my business the next time I need new glasses.

These ladies at Unique Eyewear are the BEST! They helped me so many times in the last 2 years. First of all, they helped me find THEE best glasses for my very active, roughhouse 2.5 year old boy (now 4 yrs old)...Nano-Vista Campers! They are flexible, durable and Super stylish for my little guy and can't find them anywhere else really!! Unique Eyewear has amazing service! They are always so helpful, pleasant and kind! They recently made a second pair of back up glasses for us on a whim, within a couple of hours before our trip to Mexico. They have shipped glasses out to us in Cleveland, while we were visiting family last summer. They are exceptional to say the least! They always help me work with my insurance to save the most on our plan. Very professional team, and go above and beyond to provide personalized care and service! Love them and won't go anywhere else!

They have the very brand of glasses that my son needed and Eva and everyone who worked there were very professional and great with my son who has special needs. We were able to try on different types of glasses and Eva was knowledgeable on what works best on my son, one of my worries was to find glasses that would stay put on his face because he didn't really have a nose bridge. And after about a week, my son (who was 16 months at the time) was able to fit into his new glasses and wear them without him noticing! Eva and the rest of the team was very quick and was able to answer all our questions about the glasses and I'm very happy with their service. It's a bit of a drive from our place but it's worth it, would definitely come back and recommend them!

I have a special needs daughter who wears glasses. The ladies that work here are very understanding and kind. While fitting her glasses, my daughter was not cooperative. We get a lot of staring in public sometimes, and our experience with people has been unforgiving at times. Instead of giving up and judging our family with the challenges my daughter was facing, they proceeded to do their job while reminding me that they understood and to not worry. As a special need mom, I want to run and hide when I leave a store. Today, I still felt the anxiety that comes with taking care of a struggling child, but I left knowing by daughter had been taken care of and that We hadn't been judged. We were treated very well! Thank you!

This place is Wonderful and they have an amazing selection. I couldn't buy the glasses yet but they actually gave me An Excellent price. Beautiful glass frames and Excellent Service. The lady helping me went Above and Beyond. Thank you. I will Definitely return.

Both nose pads of my glasses fell off. They get them done very quickly with new parts and asked for no charge. Really helpful and I appreciate it.
