Had my first appointment with them a couple days ago and had a very pleasant time! I was booked for a routine eye exam but was able to add on some additional screenings for a very low price. I love how upfront and transparent they are about pricing. My doctor was very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. He even gave me a summary of all of their findings from my screenings, which is something I've never had before but really appreciated. Buying eyeglasses was also a breeze. They had some really good deals going on and have a pretty wide selection of frames. Marisol took care of me when it was time to check out and she was very very sweet. She helped make the overall visit such a seamless experience. I would definitely recommend this place!

They were short staffed so there was a bit of a wait but when they got to me the appointment went smoothly. Erjohna was pleasant and helpful. He gave me a generous discount because the glasses I lost were only a few months old.

I went today for my eye exam and contact lenses. It was my first time to have lenses, so i was a bit nervous. However, i felt completely comfortable as the staffs are welcoming and friendly . Especially, a lady with blonde hair (it's sad that i couldn't ask her name cuz I'm introvert and shy), she was very kind, patient and warm, such an amazing , awesome person . Plus they have talented Dr and the 3yr membership plan is budget friendly to me.

Amazing service from start to finish! The entire team was so helpful and welcoming. Hunter greeted me and transitioned me to who he called the "CEO" lol, and he did the first part of my eye exam and was really nice. And Dr. Danny Le was so great. He did my eye exam and helped me with an issue I had with my prescription from another location/doctor and got me back to a normal one, and gave me trial lenses until my box of contacts came in And lastly, the manager helped me exchange my contact lenses that were incorrectly prescribed by another doctor very seamlessly. Very impressed with the entire team!

Great customer service! Hunter helped my mum choose the best plan for her eyeglasses. He has been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. We will come back for sure, thank you Hunter!!

The Representative making the appointment was very courteousand professional. The doctor really helped in addressing vision health concerns. The representative was patient with the selection process for glasses and informative of the all options available. The overall experience was good.

America's Best at Serramonte has been our place to go since we found it. The entire staff is very friendly and always helpful. This time big thanks to Hunter who was above and beyond with all the process to get my kid's new prescriptions. For my son, Hunter even took the time to showed us what my can use while practicing soccer. He even apologized for the shortage on inventory. Thank you, Hunter!
