It's very hard to find an optometrist who can get my son's extremely high prescription accurately, but this is the only place that did. Dr. Chin truly has his heart in the right place, he never tries to upsell or push unnecessary services. The store is modern, bright, and welcoming, with friendly staff who make every visit a pleasant experience.

The staffs are friendly, courteous and professional. The office is nice and clean. It is my first office visit and Dr Chin was great! He thoroughly examined my eyes and explained the underlying eye conditions if you have diabetes and hypertension. So far, it was a awesome visit! We come all the way from San Jose to visit Dr. Radbert Chin. He's simply the best! Very patient and thorough, and you feel that he really cares about his patients and their well-being. The office is very nice too with a great layout and lots of natural light. The building is on the side of the hill so it's quite awkward at first but we love it here.
