It was very easy. I showed up to my appointment late, so I had to sit and wait. While I waited I tried on glasses on the wall and wrote down the numbers printed on the glasses for easy reference.
After a short wait, when it was my turn, we looked at my three number picks and then the dr found me a pair that fit perfectly. A lot fancier than I wanted, but maybe I'll get another pair in 2026 since they are very affordable. Even with every possible feature on the lenses, my total was cheaper than my friends that both just purchased new glasses.

After my daughter's eye appointment Dr. Lee accompanied us to the optical area to get eyeglasses for my daughter unfortunately there's no available appointment I asked the cashier receptionist if it's okay to go inside just to look around and see if my daughter will like anything while checking Jaclyn asked us if we need help with anything and I mentioned to her our situation luckily one of her patient/customer didn't show up she offered us help and accommodated my family. I commend her action for not ignoring us. I'm grateful she help us that day because that's the only time I can bring my daughter since she have school. Jaclyn helps us saving our time. I greatly appreciate her.

Maria is pleasant and helpful. I wear progressive lenses. I purchased sunglasses. She showed me the standard, mid, and high index lenses. For my sunglasses they came in mid. For my regulasr glasses I have high index. I inquired about blue light and she showed me what those lenses look like. She made it easy for me to make my choice. Totally satified with the experience.
