Making an appointment was so easy! As someone who hadn't been to this optometrist before, I was really grateful that they were able to work with me and get me in as soon as possible. Getting there was a breeze and when I walked in, I had virtually no wait time. The staffing in the front were nice and explained everything to me very well. When seeing Dr. Brosnan, he was very personable and helped me understand why my vision is the way it is in simple terms. Getting my glasses was seamless as well! Would definitely recommend :,)

Top notch optical clinic. Staff is very courteous and efficient. They acknowledge your presence the moment you step in the clinic. They have a process in place. One is taken cared of immediately. Dr Holland Sr is very experienced. He is professional and on top of that, a good person. My family and i have been with Dr Holland since 1993. They have an impressive array of eyewear choices. Mila, manager and eyewear specialist has a natural creative talent for finding the best fitting and perfectly calibrated measurements. Very happy that my family found Dr Holland and Holland Eye Center!

If you have a high glasses prescription want to get a medical necessity contact lens, I will avoid this place!
I should have been qualified for medical necessity for contact lens due to my high glasses prescription.
However when they ran my insurance and said I was not qualified for it. I had to pay the eye prescription check up fee. So I decided to go to different clinics to see if my prescription would qualify for medical necessity for contact lens through my insurance, then two other clinics both said I should have been qualified and were able to offer me medical necessity contact lens for free.

I have been going to that eye center since 2017. Doctors are knowledgeable and have good bedside manners. But my experience with receptionists and ancillary personal is not so great. The girls on the phone are always rude and impatient , once I commented over the phone " Why don't you be more patient and polite?" ..and she hang up on me. This place has no manners or customer service.

Ripping off their customers.The doctor's wife have terrible attitude. When I was trying to explain my frustrations, she raised her voice then told me to stop and listen to her first. When I told her that maybe it's time to look for another doctor, she said, "FINE WITH ME" Rude old Filipina lady .
