Huntington Beach Optometry

I've been going to HB optometry for a few years and I love them! From the front desk to the helpers who give you the eye tests. Everyone is so kind, respectful and super helpful. They offer great opinions on glasses to how they fit and if the style suits your face. I see Dr Tsai (Ivan) I have seen his wife Shilah early on, they are a team and I love it. I would highly recommend them, I live in Cypress and choose to drive in to see them, thats how much I like them. Thank you Dr. Tsai!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Nguyen at Huntington Beach Optometry! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Nguyen was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the exam. She listened to my concerns and was incredibly helpful in finding the right contact lenses for me. Instead of rushing into a prescription, she gave me trial lenses to test out first to make sure they were the right fit and comfort level. I really appreciated her thoughtful approach and attention to detail. I felt like she genuinely cared about my eye health and making sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen if you're looking for a knowledgeable and patient optometrist in Huntington Beach!

I had my annual eye exam today and was honestly a bit nervous going in--this was my first visit to the optometrist since having LASIK surgery couple years back. From the moment I walked in, my experience was nothing but positive. Dr. Christine Nguyen was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. At the end of the exam, she even helped me choose a new pair of frames that actually fit my small face--something I've always struggled with. That extra level of thoughtfulness made all the difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable optometrist!

My wife and I had our annual eye exams yesterday with Dr. Nguyen, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. She was super thorough, patient, and explained everything really clearly. Good bedside manner is really important to us, and she definitely delivered. From the front desk to the technician to Dr. Nguyen, everyone was friendly and professional.

I've been going to HBOptometry for at least 5 years, and I can recommend them. At my annual eye exam in July 2004, Dr. Tsai that a new hire (Dr. Nguyen) would be conducting things. I found her to be extremely capable;e, professional, and amiable, and I have rarely been this impressed by any sort of service provider. And as other reviewers have noted, the entire staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. That being said, I must add that their frame prices are a bit on the high side - perhaps worth it for those with higher eyecare budgets, but those with more limited resources may find the frame prices out of reach.

Love the staff here. They truly care about their patients. They have so much patience when we are trying to select glasses. Place is clean and they do follow up with you on things. Shyla is amazing and does her best to make sure your glasses are great. Definitely love it here and will be back!!

Well kept office! The experience was so positive! Nice selection of frames and Al, Eric, Victor, and Denise were so Amazingly helpful! I was delightfully surprised! Fantastic exam as well with Max and then Dr. Wright referred me to an ophthalmologist over a concern about my eye.
