Huntington Family Optometry

I have been coming here a couple of years and the service and treatment has always been great. My most recent experience there was above and beyond my expectation. Back story (not like anyone reads these), but I sat on my new glasses and shattered an arm off of them. I called in over thew weekend to explain the situation and to my surprise Patti (Spelling?) proactively reached out from my message and explained I could come right on in as she had already found the glasses in stock and gave me color choices. Talk about being ahead of thew game! To my surprise when I brought in my broken glasses and fully expecting to pay for the new frames, she said she could fix them. I am shocked because in today's world people would generally take the easier way out and charge me for a new frame, but she went above and beyond in all areas of customer service. I can't thank you enough for saving me money, and being fully prepared with backup frames regardless. Kudos Patti and thank you!

Excellent experience at Huntington Family Optometry! Dr. Ho was the first out of numerous doctors to catch a rare genetic disease in myself and my whole family. The doctor provided a very thorough exam and caught details that other physicians have missed. In addition the staff is very knowledgeable and helped me find a pair of glasses I actually like and complement my features. After over half a lifetime in glasses, I finally enjoy to wear them! Recommending this office to everyone I know!

My husband and I had our first visit with Dr Ho today and we cannot say enough about how professionally and compassionately we were treated by the staff and Dr HO. We felt welcomed and our health concerns were met with understanding. Dr Ho is an excellent clinician and we both left feeling like we had the most thorough eye exam in many years. I've already started recommending this practice to my friends.

My highest compliments to Dr. Kate Ho, she is so caring, professional for her clients, and has State of the Art equipment to examine your eyes!!! I am so grateful to have her as my Optometrists, I can assure anyone that you will have a pleasant and helpful visit, highly recommend this practice.

My husband, my two teenager and I all see Dr. Ho and she and her staff are always so friendly and efficient! I never feel like I'm being upsold on glasses and frames. They tell you upfront what everything will cost. Highly recommend !!
