Dr. Phan is wonderful; the front office staff however, is ridiculous! The woman at the "check out" window with 3 inch fingernails and silly looking fake eyelashes was unbelievably rude and condescending.
My advice is that you tolerate the despicable front office/reception area because the doctors and back office staff seem caring, kind and professional! Good luck!

I was actually seen by my actual cataract surgeon Dr Myles Brookman, for the follow up. Very happy we both are. He is very thorough, walks through the surgery before AND during the surgery. Very friendly and cordial. I will consider favoring second eye surgery maybe after 1-2 months when completely recovered. So far results better than expected. Thank you doctor for your expert services!

Very abrupt , rushed the exam with an entitled attitude. Failed to answer any questions and consistently showed disrespect....So disappointing to witness for a young doctor.
