My daughter had the best first experience at the optometrist! We walked in and were instantly greeted by the friendliest front desk staff. They were great at explaining the forms I was signing. They took time to explain our vision benefits and we were blown away with benefits we didn't even know we had because no one ever took the time to explain them to us. I have personally been to 3 different optometry offices in the past 3 years and have never been as happy as I was at this visit. My daughter smiled and felt comfortable the entire time. Dr Stephany Vong was so patient with her and knew exactly what to ask my daughter to better understand her. We would always just ask her if she could see okay and turns out she's been struggling for 2 years. I have found a lifetime office for the entire family.

They were able to quickly book me an appointment, and the entire process was super quick. Heidi was also able to help me when my glasses arms were too tight, no appointments needed. Every one at this office is polite, welcoming and nice. I loved the doctor, very knowledgeable and patient. She's actually a Doctor not just an optometrist; very important to me. I had done a cataract surgery two years earlier and wanted to check how everything is . She explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions. Good thing that their equipment is advanced.
After I was done, I came to the front where a very nice young lady explained about the drops and supplements and other things I was buying.
I loved everything about this place and I recommend it highly to people looking for a great optometrist

I decided to try this optometrist because they had a sign highlighting their services to relieve dry eye symptoms. Something about the sign made it feel like they would actually take this seriously (because past eye doctors just shrugged it off and said use drops). It was really simple to book an appointment (in person and online) and got a time slot quickly. The staff is very warm and welcoming at check-in and the doctor is amazing! She and her team handled such phenomenally thorough eye exams, listened to my concerns in detail, and offered viable solutions to address each issue. The last doctor I visited saw me for a total of 3.5 minutes, did one eye test, and told me "Your vision sucks!" At this office, I went through a multitude of vision and eye exams, was asked detailed questions, and feel like I was seen and heard well. Looking forward to trying the prescribed recommendations until my follow up and hoping things improve. Highly recommend this place and team.
