Let me start by saying I've been getting my eye exams and frames here for the past couple of years, and they've basically helped me through my transition into *slowly going blind* (lol). The customer service is absolutely top-notch. Every visit, I get clear info, honest recommendations, and you can tell they keep up with the latest in eye care and eyewear. They also make picking out frames and lenses easy. Im not someone who has time to sift through a million options, but they walk me through everything--special lenses, frame styles, fully customizable setups--and make sure I end up with something high-quality without feeling ripped off. I appreciate that more than anything. Great people, great service, great products. Highly recommend.

I was really happy with my appointment here! They took great care during my eye exam to explain all the tests they were doing and answer any questions I had about my vision and prescription. Their front desk assistant, Caitlyn, was also super friendly and patient as she took me through all the different options for frames. The office feels very premium and clean, and they have a good selection of styles without being too overwhelming.

Dr. Lillian Truong and her team are fantastic! They are thorough, professional, and incredibly friendly. Dr. Truong took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. The staff was also very helpful in choosing new glasses. I highly recommend her office to all my friends and family!

Dr. Truong, I felt, respected my time, and problem solved any concern that I had regarding my eye health. Any Dr. setting usually gives me a bit of anxiety, and Dr. Truong definitely helped with that; being very gentle and knowledgable. The staff are extremely helpful, informative, and very patient. I didn't feel rushed and I felt my questions were welcomed so that I had the best experience possible. The office is kept clean, quiet, and if I could afford to buy all of their selections of the latest style glasses, I would.

I picked up my new glasses and have them adjusted for me in the store. I didn't notice until I got home that they had chipped one of the lenses. The chip was small but still noticeable from the front. I only planned to use these glasses as backup so I don't even want to bother confronting them about it. But still it was a shame for them to broke my brand new glasses without mentioning a single word, expecting me to not notice it. Two stars because they had been friendly before the incident.

Dr. Lillian Truong is the best eye doctor I've ever been to and I will definitely be returning here every year. She is very thorough and patient which I greatly appreciated. I had a lot of questions and she was happy to answer all of them.

Very pleased with service. Did not have to wait long for appointment. Everything was explained, no rushing. Everybody was polite. Would go back again.

I have been there the last three years absolutely the best egg sandwich ever had very knowledgeable
