Envision Optometry

I was really disappointed with my experience. I was sent here by my insurance (Aetna network) but there was some issue that they couldn't find my insurance in their system. I came back later with a number to call as instructed by my insurance company but they said they don't make calls and practically accused me of lying about having insurance to scam them. The manager especially was very rude on the phone and told me to go to another clinic. Would not recommend to any others with Aetna.

I've been going to them for years. I relocated to Arizona, but still book my yearly appointments with them. They are so courteous and I look forward to my yearly visit with them. Great Service across the board.

Horrible office no actual care for the patient, they say and told me they took my insurance but upon arriving to my appointment they told me my insurance did not pay for my contact examn and I will be held responsible for payment. I tried to explain to the receptionist my situation with my insurance and that my insurance has reassured the doctors office shouldn't have a problem with payment. The manager came out already hostile for no reason and was argumentative from the start of the conversation and she kept saying and repeating to me if my insurance doesn't pay I will be held responsible for payment and because of her approach about it, it made it seem like and made me feel like this was going to be an actual problem (because we all know that every doctor's office in the beginning will give you this disclaimer regardless of the type of insurance that you have) but this disclaimer coming from her was more than just a disclaimer. The doctor then came out and pulled me aside to supposedly help the conversation but began to gaslight me and say I was argumentitve and unagreeable and he refused me as a patient when I was just trying to explain to them and assure them my insurance would pay and there shouldn't be a problem for them (because I have been deemed medically necessary ) This was the most weirdest and awful situation I have ever experienced with a doctor office , and I believe they just didn't want to deal with the type of insurance I had and they discriminated me over it. Be aware of these awful unhinged people

They moved to a new location. Very spacious. The Staff have always greeted you with a warm welcome. They make you feel comfortable and well cared for. A recommend.

If I can give this place a zero I would. The receptionist has a horrible attitude nasty customer service. Second time there, yup! I returned thinking the first time around this chick just had a bad day. To my surprise she was still mean and not polity at all. Was giving me attitude after they told me it took my too long to pick up my glasses and they had stold them. A d I wasn't going to get my $75 payment back. I never received a phone call and I forgot about them since I was going to use those glasses as a spare pair. It would have been nice for them to call me and refresh my memory. Any ways I will never be returning there. When you walk in prepare your self to receive nothing but attitude! Zero stars from me!!

This is the best optometrist and staff I have ever seen. The kindness is beyond excellent. When I call the receptionist knows my name. One of God's sweetest people.

Didn't make an appointment here, the receptionist (whoever she is) was so incredibly rude to me. Will be finding somewhere else!
