My doc was out of town... this group was on call. I walk in to check in and before i get my paperwork or a good morning Im asked for my copay. Their paperwork includes federal census and a 2 day cancelation policy or a mandatory $50.00 will be charged to your card on file that you must sign. I didnt sign it...the receptionist told me out loud so everyone could hear that the policy still applies. I haven't even seen the Doctor yet! I have a pretty bad eye infection but decided to get out of there and seek care elsewhere. Remember there are many doctor's to choose from. I didnt get a good feeling from this office and should have read their reviews before making an appointment. Will also let my regular ophthalmologist know about my experience here.

A few months ago I had cataract surgery on both eyes. I was told that Medicare and my supplemental would cover total costs. Just be fore surgery they told me I needed "special tests" for $230.00. Today I met with Dr Garcia for eye lid surgery. He told me it would be WITHOUT cost for the laser surgery. Then when scheduling surgery Ms Gomez scheduled, told me there would be a "post-op" laser routine for $30].00. I believe this place is a MEDICARE RIP-OFF!! They promise zero then slide hundreds of $$ at the last. This medical office abused the elderly!! GET A SECOND OPINION!!

I would like to express my Appreciation and Thanks to Dr. Garcia and Dr. Kattan for their EXCELLENT + PROFESSIONAL services given to my parents Antonio & Josefina Villasenor. In 2008 my mother had both eyes operated by Dr. Garcia; the procedure was a success! My mother is so happy with her results. In April 2023 my father was operated by Dr. Kattan (left eye). May 2023 his right eye. My father is now recovering as indicated with no complications. My parents and I are for ever grateful to Dr. Garcia & Dr. Kattan

Absolutely disgusted and appalled with the front office receptionist towards the elderly, when apparently most of their patients are on the mature side. The lack of empathy, patience and belittling tone is disturbing. My father is 88 years old and never has he been treated this way at other medical facilities. My heart goes out to the elderly patients treating at this office who have no one to speak up or defend them. Tip....your front office staff represents who you are as a company and its integrity and this person is certainly NOT doing that for you.

Horrible experience! These people all they care about is the numbers and money. They don't care about the patients. The doctor goes in for a minute or two and its the incompetent staff who does all the work. My mom had two surgeries, ended up in ER and none of the doctors was available or on call.

This group are out to RIP OFF THE ELDERLY! Dr Garcia promises that the procedure will be covered 100% - then his assistant, Paula Gomez, says there will be a post-op laser procedure costing $320.00. The shell game has happened twice to my wife and I. These folks are only out for the $$ - #FraudAlert

My mother has optima medical and we get the prescription to welgreen pharmacy but unfortunately they sent with uncovered to optima the pharmacy said should the doctor be covered and they refused to help us

I am happy to post that this was a little misunderstanding on my part.. Michelle was very helpful and very understanding. Dr. Garcia and his staff were very helpful.
