Desert Vision Optometry: Esquibel David OD

Came to Palm Springs over the weekend from Long Beach, California. Lost a screw from my current glasses and brought them in to have them fixed. Staff and crew were so friendly and helpful. Also Kris, helped in identifying another pair similar to my current glasses. Now only did they fixed my current glasses, ended up buying a new pair similar to my current old pair of glasses. Best experience ever! Highly recommend this place.

I am a Canadian who just got new glasses at home. I was curious about prices in Palm Springs. The exact same lenses I purchased at home were almost half price at Desert Vision Optometry. After talking to Gail, I started to try on sunglass frames. Gail was fabulous. She made me feel like she had all the time in the world, she was very knowledgable about her vast inventory, she took my picture with the frames I liked so I could go home to think about it. There was no pressure at all. She told me I could even bring in my own frames and she would fill the prescription. I got some great glasses and went back a few times for adjustments. The staff was professional, efficient and friendly. The other day a little bit of bling fell out of my frame. The optician who helped me did not question me at all and was on the phone immediately to order new frames for me. Sergio came to my rescue and fixed the frame. However, he was more than happy to follow through on the ordering of a new frame. I declined. I love my glasses. My girlfriend was visiting and she bought 2 pairs and they put huge rushes on them so she could have them before her departure. American service is great.
