An absolutely great place to go in Palm Springs for great service and eyewear. They have a super friendly and professional staff (thanks, Kim, for being so helpful!) and a huge selection of frames, etc. They also will do quick eyeglass repairs for you anytime. Just walk in, We will definitely be returning here again, and will recommend it to others.

I sat on my sunglasses while trying on some clothes near by - right at the start of summer, yikes! My spouse and I walked down to this eye glass shop, and luckily behind the counter was Kim. She was able to masterfully repair my bent frames into position. Good as new! The studio itself is beautiful. Tasteful art & a great diverse collection of glasses and sunglasses. Highly recommend.

So kind--Kim did an emergency repair on my mom's glasses, which broke when we were shopping in downtown Palm Springs. We popped in, Kim did several things to make the glasses work for now and all at no charge! Truly a blessing and generous hearted! (This is how we heal our world.)

Friendly and helpful staff. I was travelling on vacation and forgot one of my contact lenses. They generously gave me some trials and solution at no cost as no one in town had stock of my lens. I would definitely go back in the future! :)

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Kim and the Ooh La La de Paris eyewear. We had to evacuate Los Angeles. I did not bring my back up contacts. Unfortunately, this morning, my great contact ripped. I called / visited a the number of outlets in the area who were unwilling to help me with an emergency pair. The earliest I could contact shipped was three days from now as it is the weekend. Kim, without hesitation, offered her assistance to outfit me with my closest contact fit.
