Panache Optical Gallery

After moving to Palm Springs, I've now been to Panache twice in the past year to have new lenses put in different frames that I already had. The service provided by Phil at the shop was outstanding! He's very friendly and willing to help. His service is top notch! They also have an abundance of frames and different styles to choose from, and I'll be back to check out some new frames when I need them. Many other optical shops in Palm Springs are outrageous in their prices. Panache was reasonable with their lens replacement prices. Panache is downtown at the corner of S. Palm Canyon and Baristo, tucked away in the back of the little shops on the corner there. A little hard to find, but you'll be glad you went there if you're in need of optical services!

Having just been diagnosed with glasses, I really didn't know where to start. I went to one place attached to the optimist's office and they quoted me $375 for lenses and were so rude. I called Panache in hopes of getting some answers. I paid half the amount for lenses and found my new home for glasses. Steven's a doll, the selection is amazing, and the service is unbeatable. Without a doubt the best optical shop in the desert. The selection of eyewear is huge and truly next level.. you will not see anything similar in other shops... their stylists are extraordinary and really put in the time to pick the best options for your face shape and your lifestyle. Ask for Steven, he is incredible at finding the best frames and he is amazing to deal with... can't say enough wonderful things about this shop!!

Phenomenal selection and a very helpful Optician. The Optician was very honest and really helped one-on-one to fit me in several pairs of glasses that I would have never thought about. With his professional assistance I walked out with two pairs of glasses! Compliments to Panache, I love my glasses!

Yesterday my wife and I visited Panache Optical Gallery. We have traveled extensively around the world (collecting eyewear) and we have never experienced a store (or an owner) like this! Steve, is by far, the most kind, knowledgeable and helpful optician ever and his highly selective, highest-end inventory selection is beyond compare!!! Of further note -- the eyewear designs exclusively made by Steve and Art (the owners) are truly the best quality and the best designs we have ever seen -- and that's saying alot! This store ranks as the best-hard-to-find upscale eyewear, the best-stocked, the very highest-end and greatest store front interior (and exterior) design we have seen! In addition, Panache offers truly professional services and a knowledge of the industry we have never witnessed! The kindness and concern for us getting the best eyewear was also beyond compare. We plan to be staying in Palm Springs for a few days and will not leave without a "souvenir" of the highest-quality eyewear store in the world! Thank you, Steve, for generously providing us with "the greatest eyewear selection and blow-away services in the world."

We are on vacation and my legs popped out of the frame. We arrived shortly before closing and he fixed the glasses quickly and professionally and had us on our way in 10 minutes.

We went to Palm Springs for Holiday and after a hard night of partying my Glasses (bought in Germany) were damaged. They helped us with a good maintance and helpful sevice for a very fair price - great experiance
