Very poor- twice this year, my wife has needed to order contacts. It has taken over 5 weeks each time, she ran completely out with no contacts at all, and required multiple phone calls to finally get them in. Promises of arrival dates repeatedly meaningless. I can order dog-food over the internet and have it arrive next day- what is wrong with these people?!! Been to other optometrists and never had this problem.
