I am the first one to put her review.
We traveled one hour to have the appointment for my son and we got delayed due to huge traffic. We got delayed by 10 mins from the appointment. As per rule, we have to reschedule the appointment if we are late by 15 mins. The doctor did not thought of seeing and asked to reschedule . So, total 2 hours wasted for us for just being 10 mins late. The doctor should be more flexible and listened. Its was for full eye test , so the doctor does not need to be there for whole 2 hours
. Not sure if she is entirely new or does not know how to handle patients.
Will never return to her going forward.
