I have found my new eye care family! From the front desk to the doctors and then the amazing staff helping me pick my gorgeous glasses, the entire experience felt personal and extremely welcoming! The office is gorgeous and the state of the art equipment was impressive. I took the shot from Chula Vista because I heard great things and boy was I not disappointed! This will now be my new eye care home.

Annual eye check with Doctor Sandler. Front desk warm and welcoming. She invited me to check out the eye glass area to view selection of frames. A little on expensive side. Staff very helpful. Eye exam fully explained. Dr. Sandler excellent at reviewing my eye health. Ordered new frames. Very nice job.

This used to be a very good place, great doctors, and technicians helping you pick up glasses. My family has used them for over 15 years. Their price is high, I know they do over charge comparing to other places, but due to the good services, I came here every year, spent thousands and thousands of dollars here. However, a couple of good doctors left the practice, today's experience totally changed my decision and I will not have business at their office anymore. I have two pair of glasses ready to be picked up. I called their office at 2:45pm, inquiring their closing time as it is the day after new year. I was told they close at 4pm, I told them I will be picking up my glasses over the phone. I got to the office at 3:30pm, and the front desk lady (Emily) got those pairs and told me to try it on right at the front desk. I've always been sitting down with a technician when picking up glasses, to see if it fits and adjust it when needed. This is the first time they want to hand over me the glasses without even letting me sitting down in front of a mirror or have any technician to help me. I was super upset, this is not the kind of service for the price I paid here. The technician (Haylee) later on explained to me that they close at 3pm, if so, they should have told me over the phone or at the front desk. Handing me two pair of glasses without adjustment, without fitting, I can't believe how they treat customer now. Don't come here anymore, the dynamics at this office changes so much over the years, from doctors to supporting personnel's, it is one of the worse place you can get your eye serviced. I can't and won't trust these people anymore! Take your money and business elsewhere, don't get fooled and overcharged by this office!

I had a very frustrating experience with Carmel Mountain Vision Care. Every time I called the office, no one answered the phone. The staff appeared very disorganized, and the process for getting a new contact lens prescription required multiple visits, which caused me to lose trust in the care being provided. When we picked up the contact lenses, the receptionist simply handed them to us--no box, no bag, and no clear instructions. Since this was a new prescription, I asked whether we were supposed to see the doctor to ensure proper fit. I was told it wasn't necessary. Unfortunately, the lenses did not fit well, which resulted in additional trips, missed work, and missed school--something that could have been avoided with proper care and guidance. Also, one time, I was also told someone would call me back, and I made arrangements to ensure I could answer the call, but no one ever followed up. When I tried calling again, there was still no answer. For a medical clinic, this level of unresponsiveness is extremely unprofessional. Overall, this experience was disappointing and frustrating. I will definitely not be returning.

This place is the Bloomingdales of vision Care. I have been buying my glasses here for many years and recently one of my special pairs broke a hinge so I brought it in to ask about. John Conrady Optician II said he would contact the manufacturer to see if it could be repaired and gave me an initial estimate of about $150. When the distributor of my frame came in to the location, he went out of his way to ask how they could help get this frame repaired for me and was able to get me an entirely new frame free of charge. When I picked up the repaired glasses ( BTW, beautifully repaired), they also kindly repaired - on the spot - a pair of my favorite Tory Burch sunglasses I needed help with. Always great service and everyone does a great job making sure you have what you need.

Absolutely 5 stars! Carmel Mountain Vision Care is wonderful -- everyone was friendly, efficient, and really took their time. Huge shout-out to Geo for the extra help and thoughtful recommendations. Thank you for making the experience so easy and enjoyable!

The entire staff is very pleasant and accommodating to all my needs. Dr. E. Sandler has been my provider for many years. He takes time to explain and time to listen... always . My eyesight takes priority and he makes sure I walk out smiling with his excellent care. Thank you all!

The office team that I encountered was extremely kind and friendly. Raphael & Dr. Tran were both kind, friendly, patient, and thorough in explaining each exam they were performing. Lupita was kind, friendly and patient while I was selecting my frames. I'm excited to pick up my new frames when they arrive.
