His thorough examination, detailed explanations, and polite manner made me feel completely at ease and confident in his care. My mom was referred to Dr. T for an eyes exam. At arrival we waited for quite some time, after her appointment she took her prescription got it filled and had to pay extra only to find out that the prescription was not working for her. When we called the office and brought it to his attention he would not book us soon enough for them to do an exchange and also said that it just took adjusting. My mom now has a pair out of pocket expensive glasses that are a paper weight because the prescription was wrong. Then he referred her to get a glaucoma test with a doctor that cancelled her apointment no warning, and then when the appointment was rescheduled we were told Dr. T never sent the authorization so after waiting an hour and after that office tried unsuccessfully to get a hold of Dr.T my mom was turned away. Ridiculous loss of time and so unproffessional.
