I had an absolutely life changing experience here at Clearview after 15 years of glasses and contacts, I can now see clearly and all it took was a 10-15 minute Smile procedure here! The procedure itself may look scary but Dr. Feldman truly is the best! She and her staff were incredible, they walked me through the entire procedure and I felt comfortable the whole time feeling absolutely no pain! I could see clearly overnight and I'm still just in awe at my new vision and I wish I had only done this sooner! As soon as I was done, I stepped out and saw my 6 month old son and the smile on his face finally seeing me without lenses in the way is just priceless I'm so grateful to everyone at Clearview for giving me the opportunity to experience life to the fullest now, and see the world clearly for the first time ever If you're on the fence in your decision to get eye surgery and you've found Clearview, this is the place you want to go. Dr. Feldman, Dr. Mattheson and the whole crew at Clearview are fabulous! The whole process from evaluation to surgery and post op care was seamless. I appreciate the calming environment and professionalism of everyone who works here. You can tell you are in great hands by the number of smiling patients that leave through the doors. I had my LASIK surgery done in January after debating the option for a year and it was the best decision! Everyone there is very personable and patient with any questions concerns you have. The BEST place in San Diego (and SoCal) to get your eyes fixed. Listen, all the doctors are good. They know their job. I wanted 1. A female to do my eyes 2. Someone who had a very calming energy, someone who would be able to keep me calm during my surgery. I know you just lay there and keep your eyes open, but it's nerve wracking to have your eyes cut and surgically lasered Dr. Sandy Feldman was my choice for that reason. With my veterans discount, I was able to buy myself new eyes and the freedom to see without glasses/contacts. Do it. It is so worth the money and worth the investment YOU ARE WORTH THE INVESTMENT

Staff was clear and helpful regarding cost and payment options. Day of surgery was made so easy by the skilled and professional staff- from the check in desk to the surgeon. The procedure itself is painless, quick, and now I enjoy perfect vision for the first time in over 15 years! Highly recommend this clinic!

I recently had ICL surgery, and I can honestly say it was a life-changing experience. I had been nearsighted for over 35 years, so living without glasses or contacts still feels unreal. From the very first consultation through the surgery and follow-up care, the entire team was professional, patient, and incredibly reassuring. They took the time to explain the ICL procedure in detail and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The surgery itself was quick and smooth, and my recovery was easier than I expected. The results have exceeded anything I imagined. So grateful to be able to see clearly. Total game changer to be able to wake up in the morning and see clearly right away without having to rely on glasses or contacts every day. It took a while to adjust to asking myself if I took my contacts out before going to bed and then remembering that I don't need them anymore! Dr. Feldman and Dr. Mathison did a phenomenal job and were both very comforting throughout the entire process. I got my LASIK treatment done in November with the Black Friday special and it took a full 1-2 months for my eyes to fully heal but it was all definitely worth it. My eyesight was -3.75 before and I had blurry vision for 1-2 decades and every day is a reminder of how magical yet essential it is to see clearly. Highly recommend

No more contacts! I'm very grateful to Dr Mattheson and his team for their knowledge and experience. From the first visit with Dr Mattheson I felt comfortable. He and his team were very thorough with all of my eye tests and exams. Dr Mattheson took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. He was not in a rush, he was calm, kind and professional. In the day of the surgery I felt calm, no anxiety at all. I felt safe and at ease knowing I was in good hands. The procedure was fascinating and quick! The procedure itself was painless. I did experience stinging about 15 min after the procedure, but I already knew this would happen because they had prepared me. I went home, slept through the night, then returned the next day for my follow up. I could already see as if I had my contacts in!! What a strange feeling, But wonderful. No more taking contacts in and out every day. After almost 40 years of contacts, I was free! I'm am very grateful for such a great experience and highly recommend Clear View.

New eyes who dis!? I had a fantastic experience getting LASIK done at Clearview Eye Center on 11/28 ~a week ago! 20/15 vision so far (20/20 is considered perfect, so mine is better than that!) after the procedure and the recovery process has been smooth and pain free. I originally wanted to get LASIK after 15 years of wearing contacts/glasses. Since I like to do activities like camping and sailing, my eyes would dry and would need to add/remove contacts. In case of emergency at sea I need to be able to react fast and sight is everything so I decided to check out Dr Feldman's practice here after reading good Reddit reviews from patients over the last 10 years. The consult prior to the procedure itself was VERY thorough and professional. The team spent over an hour and a half on 5-6 different machines and eye exams to personalize my treatment to MY eyes. I did check out other LASIK places but they did not compare in thoroughness and attention to detail like Clearview Eye Center. Scheduled my appointment for LASIK and I was in on for my procedure 11/28, Black Friday. (Yes, Dr Feldman and team are even available on the holidays which gives you an idea of their LOVE for the craft/profession). The procedure itself was only ~3 min each eye and I was done. There was only "pain" a few hours after the procedure but waking up the next day no pain and my sight was back to normal! Fantastic! Highly recommend you get LASIK done here, the pricing is good, the professionalism is outstanding, the doctors are top notch, and your quality of life will improve FOREVER!
