I have been seeing Dr. Ruby Bello at Bello Optometric Inc. for years and am always amazed with her and her staff's efficiency and dedication to patients. Her work has provided me with consistent prescriptions for my choice of eye glasses needed for my work and recreation. I highly recommend her for anyone in need of an optometrist. Thank you, Dr. Bello for all you do.

Admin/Front desk is careless and has no customer service skills. I wasted a whole afternoon driving out here after I was told my contacts were ready for pickup only to find they were not. I've driven back and fourth a bunch of times for numerous appointments and waited months for my contacts to come in .... Their system has made it feel like trying to get eye care is a full-time job.

This is a review for Dr. Bello of Bello Optometric inside Costco Gateway Center Dr. Some reviews here, well, who knows where they were. Dr. Bello and his assistant were some of the most professional, and obviously caring people from which I've ever received an eye exam, and, well, I'm no spring chicken, so I've had a few. His assistant was happy to great me, and helpful throughout the whole process. Dr. Bello presented me with numerous options, and it was clear that his sole intention was to provide me with the clearest vision possible. Not enough people give good reviews when they get good service, so I felt it imperative to do so given the exceptional service I received here.

This is the most unprofessional doctor I've seen. Doesn't respect your time, double books appointments, and overall has no regard in your best interest. Avoid this optometrist.
