Dr. Chinn's Vision Care

I read alot of good reviews about this place. I was hesitant to book an appointment because they only schedule eye exams on certain days of the week. I have an inconsistent work schedule so it was hard to pick a day to go. I waited an entire month for my schedule appointment praying and hoping that this place was worth the wait. I'll be honest I didn't expect much. I was only in the building for a two minutes and I was greeted immediately. Even though the staff was busy they checked me in early and allow me to walk around and look at glasses on display while I waited. I loved the decor, art pieces, and offered a variety of glasses. Plenty of seating and brochures for transitional lenses. They even had candy at the front desk. I was helped so fast I didn't even track the time it took me from checking in, paying co-pay, to being seen. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I had so much fun doing my eye exam that I was excited about it. One of the workers said it was her first time seeing someone enjoying the exam portion because people typically don't like something flashing at their eye. It was kinda high tech and enjoyable experience for me. Now let's talk about the actual eye exam test portion. Dr. Jennifer was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. You need to book with her immediately! She is open to hearing about your eyes/vision concerns. She doesn't judge or criticize your choices. She listen carefully and try to understand your reasoning behind your actions. She is very good at being direct. She shares hard information and tries to simplify it. She was patient with me while testing my vision. I have anxiety and wanted to rush the whole process. Dr. Jennifer made sure I was certain and guided me through the whole process. I would say I had 10/10 experience I can go on forever how much I love this place. Also the worker that helped me pick out my glasses and ring me up was so sweet to me. Having alot of anxiety and getting such a warm welcome really made the whole experience better. I didn't feel any pressure to buy glasses. But I wanted to buy glasses from them to support their business. Really great staff you need to try this place. They are hard to book with because they are so great! *Updated Review* I only waited 12 days for new prescription glasses. I got a text notifying me that my glasses are ready to be picked up. Lucky for me, they allow me to come the same day to pick it up. I was seen right away. I tried them on and loved how well they fit. I was told to contact them if I had any issues or concerns about my glasses. I sign only one piece of paper. I got a free glasses case and 2 microfiber cloth to wipe my glasses. Fun fact an artist specially made the design for cloth. I'll update later the design. Thank you Dr. Chinn's Vision Care for providing excellent customer service! 10/10 y'all need to give this place a chance!

Been going here the last 5 years and it's always a perfect experience. Dr. Chinn (both of them) are friendly, efficient, and masters of their craft. And shoutout to staff Wendy and Katalina who always make you feel welcome and are a pleasure to be around. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

My glasses got crushed and I called and made an appointment same day and they fixed them for me in 10min! Excellent service. I'm so glad I'm a client here.

Had a great experience here! Everything from making the appointment, to the exam, to obtaining a prescription went incredibly smoothly. Dr. Chinn was efficient while still explaining every part of the exam and making sure I was well informed about every part of my eye health, even where there were no concerns. All of the staff here are so friendly and competent! Highly recommend

De. Chinn and their staff are always very professional. The exams are actually enjoyable because of their happy and engaging attitude, and both of the times I've been there they always start on time. I'll keep trusting my eyes to Dr.Chinn :)

Wonderful experience with Dr. Chinn's vision care. They are responsive, convenient location, and great value. I was a patient to another optometry clinic in the area but will likely change over to this one as prices are more fair and staff and service are top notch!

Front desk staff is all over the place and unhelpful. I called to make an appointment and the lady told me someone else would call me back to set one. Not sure why it couldn't be done right then but ok. Never received a call. A week later I decide to call back and try again and they tell me my insurance is not updated except I had already given it to them 6 months prior and they confirmed it was all set and ready for me to make an appointment. I give it to them a second time now and the lady says I'll get a call back at some point which clearly they don't do. Ended up just calling a new Dr after that phone call.
