Dr. Iwamoto

I have been a patient of Dr. Iwamoto since 2018, and I have always had an excellent experience. The entire staff is wonderful, honest, and truly professional. Unlike some offices that seem more focused on charging extra, Dr. Iwamoto and his team genuinely care about their patients. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Rocha, who has been working with him for many years. She is amazing and always ensures my glasses fit perfectly. Recently, I asked her about scratches on my lenses, and she discovered it was just two days before my one-year warranty expired. She immediately processed a replacement for me at no cost. That level of attention and care is truly exceptional. Thank you to Dr. Iwamoto and his entire team for providing outstanding service over the years. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and caring optometry practice.

the best optometrist i've ever been to. the staff in the front are so sweet and are always able to answer my questions about anything lens or insurance related! dr. iwamoto is great too, he works quickly and efficiently but doesn't make your exam feel too robotic. i love coming here and will keep coming back for as long as I can!

Dr. I is the best!! Been going to him for 3 years now and don't plan on changing that anytime soon. Even my mom who visits from NJ goes to see him for all her eye issues. He's honest, legit, and always makes sure you're walking out of his office satisfied and happy. He always explains everything clearly and is super friendly and funny to boot. He was the only eye Dr. Who bothered to check why my mom had constant dry eyes that really bothered her. After giving her advice on what to use she's been feeling much better and not in pain anymore. His staff are just as awesome too. Rosha and Dureen are really nice and fun to chat with. They're both very sweet and always accommodating. Every time I call to come in and get my glasses adjusted they let me come in the same day. Always looking forward to coming here. :)

Dr. Iwamoto is a wonderful optician who has given me great care and advice over the years. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and a great listener. His advice concerning my specific needs has alway been on the mark. I highly recommend him.

I met Dr Iwamoto in 1994 terrified due to another Dr's diagnosis of macular degeneration. Dr Iwamoto looked tested and said the other Dr was wrong, I was fine. I appreciate Dr Iwamoto's easy manner, professionalism and intelligence. He has helped me for 27 years now, wow, through contacts and aging eyeballs. I trust him and enjoy my exams.

Just had my very first eye exam and got my very first prescription glasses made here today. Went in to the office a bit nervous because i wasn't sure if i could find a pair that fit my face. Well the whole experience made me so happy that i almost cried. Dr I. was efficient & personable and reintroduced me to the world where I could see everything clearly. Jaurene the receptionist was so friendly and instantly made me feel comfortable. And Ms. Rozsa magically picked up a couple of pairs for me out of a wide(their selection is quite large) selection of glasses they had there. I did find a pair that fit my face and that I really liked. The whole experience made me feel ecstatic, I was laughing the whole time, out of joy. This office is an optometric Disneyland!
