PROFIT OVER PEOPLE: I spent over $500 on an eye exam and glasses my first visit here. I wasn't able to get any of my contacts prescriptions fulfilled. I asked what they could do for me, as I ran out of contacts because I couldn't get my script filled w the prescription they gave me. I was put on hold, then told I'd have to pay another $200, schedule an exam, THEN order contacts to get a prescription. They didn't offer me anything to tide me over, didn't try to expedite the process of me getting my contacts, either. HUGE waste of money and time. Had I gone to Target optometrists, I would've spent half the money and had contacts the whole time. Sub par. Never going back.

Loved this place. Super friendly, the staff were very professional and Ms. Nguyen was very helpful and sweet. They worked with my insurance were able to get me great discounts. Virtually no wait time and everything was explained to me clearly. I pick up my new glasses in about 10 days so I'll update this review after pick up if necessary.
