Dr. Maggie B. Nguyen OD, PC

Excellent experience with Dr. Nguyen. Second time I see her in a 3 year time span and she's always very professional. I made an appointment with her and showed up on time, she received me on time, performed the eye exam and I was very satisfied. Her front desk staff is also very efficient. I would recommend her.

This was my second visit to Dr. Nguyen, and I already regretted coming back. I keep telling myself I won't return, but the convenience of Costco made me make the same mistake again. The front office refused to explain why I was being charged more than a regular visit, and the doctor was very rude. The staff are unhelpful and dismissive definitely avoid this location.

I and my wife have used the service of Dr. Stacy Coffman and in both occasion the result was far from satisfactory. In my case, my prescription was far too strong resulting in me being dizzy and my eyes getting tired all the time. In the end I had to abandon my glasses. I could not return them as they were past the the 30 day return policy. In my wife's case, her initial prescription was under powered. She could not see long distance due to lack of clarity. She required a new prescription. While this new prescription improved her clarity, her eyes were constantly getting tired and watery. In the end she had to return her glasses. I would not recommend using her services.

I've been seeing Dr Maggie Nguyen for at least 10 years and she is my favorite. She is personable, efficient and accurate in her eye prescriptions.

During my yearly eye exam with Dr. Coffman, I had many questions about my prescription and the options for my best possible vision, be it mono-vision contact lenses, contact correction for nearsightedness with readers for upclose, the possibility of progressive lens glasses, etc. She told me to give the mono-vision a try and that I could come back and we could re-assess. After 3 months which included an 8 week business trip out of the country, I called her to ask for a consult on the phone because I am interested in following through with some progressive lens glasses as a back up to my contacts. I was shocked to hear that I would have to pay for a $30 consult because I was 5 business days past the "3 month deadline for a free follow up". Really? There was no mention of this deadline before. She can't give me a little advice? Is this someone who really wants the best possible solution for her clients? I think not. You've just lost a customer and lots of good people I've referred to you, Dr. Coffman.

DR. Nguyen is located in the Costco optical, and has the worst, rudest staff out there. Avoid at all cost and go somewhere else. The reps in the front won't even want to answer you questions without and attitude or face problem

Dr Nguyen had deep knowledge of my conditions, and was able to explain them, and show them on screen, simply and succinctly.

We've been seeing Dr Coffman for many years and she has always been thorough and exact with our prescriptions and willing to work with us to find the best solution for our optical needs.
