Dr Selby Optometry

I needed to get a cheap eye exam and someone recommended me to Dr. Selby. I called to make an appointment and came in two days later. The location of the office wasn't very hard to find, it was really close to the freeway so it didn't take long to get there either. My eye exam went well, Dr. Selby was really easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. We chatted a bit about the chargers and he told me some really cool stories. Best of all he gave me a couple of free pairs of contacts to test out. It has been a week now and I have chosen the pair of contacts that I liked best and ordered 6 months worth of supplies. I wasn't expecting to get such extraordinary service when I first made my appointment but now I can really say that Dr. Selby is one of the best San Diego optometrists. I came to Dr. Selby to get an eye exam for a new pair of eyeglasses. I chose his office because the prices were cheap and he had really good reviews. My experience was fantastic, Dr. Selby was caring and very nice during the entire examination. His office was only about a mile or so away from my house so it was really easy to get to. I haven't tried them all yet but he is one of the best optometrists I've ever been to.

This place is seriously 5 stars! I had an awesome experience from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. When I came into their office I was immediately warmly greeted by Sarah the front desk optician. I was here to get my eye exam for the upcoming year. I met Dr. Selby and he was really nice and personable, we had a good conversation during the whole exam which made it fun and comfortable. He gave me a set of contacts and told me to test them out and to tell him how I liked them. Both Sarah and Dr. Selby seemed to be extremely knowledgeable which allowed me to learn a lot. I hadn't worn contacts for a few years, but after speaking with Dr. Selby I was confident that I knew everything I needed to know to make the most of my contacts. Dr. Selby is the best San Diego optometrist in the city! Seriously, go see this guy, I really recommend him.

Dr. Selby is the best optometrist in San Diego!!!! I found Dr. Selby through a friend that recommended me to him. I visited his office and I felt like I was in a very nice and inviting environment. His staff was very friendly and helped me with everything that I needed to do to get started. Dr. Selby was a very nice and enthusiastic person which made me feel extremely at ease. We had many things to talk about, but we mainly chatted about how the chargers were doing. His eye exam was really thorough and he explained to me what each device was used for and why which was very interesting. I walked out with a new prescription of contacts and he gave me this nifty new little clear care eye contact cleaner to try. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely come back here again next year. Parking was plentiful and the office is located about 3 minutes off of the 15 freeway.

I needed to see an optometrist so a friend recommended that I see Dr. Selby. I was quite surprised at how affordable the prices were and how friendly the staff was. Dr. Selby is an older gentleman but he was very lively and seemed like quite a cool dude. I got a new prescription for some contact lenses and I couldn't be happier. I'll be coming back again next year.

I needed to get some new contacts so I made an appointment to see the optometrist and they were able to squeeze me in quickly. Parking was easy to find and the location was very easy to get to. I met with Dr. Selby, he is an older gentleman but he seemed very nice and easy to talk to. We ended up talking a lot about the chargers and had a great conversation. He was really nice and genuinely cared about the issues that I presented to him. Honestly, good eye care can be hard to come by so finding an eye doctor that really cares about his patients is rare. Truly A+ for Dr. Selby and his team! Dr. Selby is the best eye doctor san diego that you'll ever find. Also, if you are like me and have problems with chronic dry eyes when using contacts then Dr. Selby can help you. He had me test out several different pairs of contacts over a few weeks until I found the one that worked best. My eyes now feel great and I no longer have any problems with dry eyes and contacts. I came to Dr. Selby to get an eye exam, I was greeted warmly by a receptionist and asked to fill out a short form. I met Dr. Selby and he was a really nice guy, very easy to get along with. My eye exam went without a hitch and I got my new eyeglasses. This guy is really great probably one of the best optometrists in san diego. Dr. Selby's office is located just off the 15 freeway so it was really easy to get to, parking isn't a problem

Dr. Selby is the best, he is really easy to talk to and get along with. He is very welcoming and genuinely cares about his patients. The receptionist was also very nice and helped me to understand everything that was going to be happening. She also helped me to choose out a pair of eyeglasses that I am very happy with! I went here on Friday for my eye exam and I walked about 30 minutes later with a brand new prescription for my contacts and a new pair of frames! The office is really easy to get to as it is about 3 or 4 blocks off the 15 freeway in san diego.
