This was my first time getting glasses and having a full eye exam. Check in was easy and front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Vo was patient, kind and helpful answering all of my questions/concerns. Claire was great in helping me choose my frames and thoroughly going through the different features of the lenses. She was also patient and kind answering my questions/concerns about the details she was going over. Overall the environment was clean and the staff is very friendly! I highly recommend coming here for any glasses/eye exams.

UPDATED REVIEW: It turned out the doctor was okay to get me in and saw me. I asked the staff working with the physician if I could get their supervisor's phone number, and she said she wpuld give it to me after the physician sees me. After my eye exam, I went to the front desk to get my prescription and asked her the supervisor's number. Then, she said they dont have the supervisor's office here and she is in Hawaii, stating in a way that she's trying to avoid giving me the number. The staff who said she would give it to me came to the front desk and pulled the number from her phone. The front desk staff told her they're not allowed to give their supervisor's information, so the other staff told this front desk staff that she's giving me the office number and not personal. Well, obviously Im not asking for personal information and the supervisor should have an office work number to call (smh). The front desk staff was hesitating to give her supervisor's contact information because she knows she messed up. This front desk staff with an attitude told me her supervisor's number is not here, it's in Hawaii. I had to tell her that I can call Hawaii and call wherever she is based, I dont mind. I got the work number and called their supervisor to discuss the issue and the staff's attitude. The supervisor was knowledgeable, understanding, professional, acknowledged their mistakes, and agreed to fix this problem. Point is, the front desk staff either does not deserve this job or she needs education and training. She also needs to confirm FIRST, before she denies anything with an attitude to customers. Remember, she works in healthcare and patients have rights, if she even knows what that means. ORIGINAL POST: ZERO star. This place is very expensive (eye wear) even with Tricare insurance. I came here for a follow up of that eyeglasses prescription and they originally set me up for 1130. A few days later, they changed my time to 1120 without calling me. When I got to the front desk, the staff said I was late when I got there at 1122 in line. According to her, I was late and she did not see me in line but she will ask the doctor. I told her that my original appointment was 1130 and changed to 1120 without calling me to ask in the first place. Staff said she does not know anything about that on who changed it, so I showed her my appointment reminder for both 1130 and 1120. Their staff need to get their attitude checked and acknowledge that they made mistakes. Oh by the way, there are better and cheaper optometric places that also accepts Tricare insurance. I'll go somewhere else next time and take my insurance money somewhere who deserve the business. This place lacks the customer service skills and accountability. The doctor is nice and the staff working with him, but the front desk needs to get her attitude checked. I never support businesses who lack the customer service skills with no accountability. Notice the management does not respond to cutomers' review? Yeah, that's because they dont care about their customers.

My experience was so amazing and everyone was so friendly and helpful during my time there. The lady that helped me with picking out new glasses was very sweet and helpful as well. I would recommend anyone to visit here. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Everyone was very professional & very knowledgeable. She helped pick out a really nice eyeglass frame for my son! This is the only place I go to for glasses!
