My wife had a 9 a.m. appt on Friday and was shocked to find that the doors were locked despite their hours stating they're 9-5 causing her unnecessary distress and self-doubt. Very unprofessional and we won't be coming back.

I been attending to this place for over 20 years, they were in a previous address and I followed them. But now I regret it. Old lady there is mean. They closed early and like many other people here are saying, girls at reception are nice, but that's not enough. Poor service, quality in the frames sucks. Even if you paid cash. I think I'm ready to take my family of 10 somewhere else.

Office seems unorganized. Made an appointment with a guy over the phone, when I walked in for my appointment they had trouble finding me in their system and had put me on their schedule for a completely different time. Had to call and ask if my contacts were ready for pick up because they had put someone else's phone number down in my file.

I understand that things can happen, but my appointment had been twice canceled (once canceled on very short notice) and each time I was offered another to do it another time WEEKS in the future. In the past my experiences were fine and the staff were very friendly, but if you don't want to risk having to wait an excessively long time for anything, I'd recommend going somewhere else.
