Always a great experience at Heights Optometry! I feel like my eye health is taken very seriously and yet the environment is upbeat and happy. I think Rancho has helped me with frames almost every year for the past 3-4 yrs (maybe longer!). She has an amazing knowledge of frames and an eye for what frame style suits your face shape. She's great at gently nudging you out of your comfort zone to try on styles you would have overlooked. I really enjoy working with her every year! The Dr I see sometimes varies based on my availability, but I have been SUPER happy with everyone at Heights.

My visit today was SUPERB! Everyone at the store was so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The exam was efficient yet thorough and I felt really confident in understanding what needed to be adjusted. I am not always sure what sort of frames suit me but THANK GOODNESS for the stylish associates. Leo was very patient with me and had a great eye for styles I wouldn't have normally tried. He talked me through lens options and measured my pupillary distance, so these are gonna be made just for me. Now I'm eagerly awaiting my new glasses and am excited to pop in to say hi to the wonderful staff when they come in. Go! You won't regret it :)

I have been going to Heights for years now. Everyone is friendly. The doctors are always professional. They listen to my needs and concerns and ask questions if needed. The staff is very helpful. Rancho took the time to help me pick out my frames that fit my face and my personality. I ended up with the first pair that she chose. Rancho was also very helpful with doing a difficult repair on some older frames that I got from there in the past. She really took the time with me and I am grateful.
