Everyone from the receptionist, to the doctor, to the person helping me pick what frames I wanted were super friendly and helpful. I'm a new patient and am so happy I decided to go with this practice.

Thank you Dr. Phan & team! I had a great experience with this office and so did my family. Dr. Phan was very thorough and professional. Nice office & equipment. Good selection of glasses at a wide range of price points. They accepted my VSP plan and handled all the paperwork! We were treated well by all of the additional staff members we met. I love my glasses & so do my other family members who had their exams & got their glasses here. Parking is available for free in the parking lot and there's street parking. We visited 3 times for different appointments and picking up glasses. I always found a parking spot. I've eaten at the restaurants here and parking was easy to find then as well.

Super pleased! Dr. Phan was friendly and put up with all my talking. He was very thorough in assessing my vision and also reviewing my medical history. Receptionists were friendly too and gave me advice on how to minimize my out of pocket costs. Will definitely continue to follow here for my vision needs!

Outstanding Doctor, great service, and the results speak for themselves: when I picked up my glasses, I was surprised at how precise my vision was! The staff are very accommodating and helpful and the selections of frames was excellent. I was so pleased that I took my husband so that he could get his eyes checked as well. Reasonably-priced and very convenient. Highly recommended. Going to them again this year for my annual check-up!

Very bad quality lenses valued at $700 that failed in less than a year on two separate occasions. I have literally never seen lenses fail so fast in the 18 years I have been buying and wearing perscriptions. The customer service or lack their of imparted by Kristen is on another level of condescending. Not sure who allowed this person to answer the phones and help customers but they should not be in a job with this kind of interaction. She constantly interrupts to correct me on the most minor details about cost or me being slightly off on dates when it's a moot point considering what insurance pays and what they are worth. By using them to cover my glasses I cannot use another lab for a year, so yes they are worth what you quoted me at without insurance. Stay away from this place, no glasses I have ever had have broken down or failed so quickly, the lenses are literally blurry after the first replacement and the new ones didn't even last 7 months which they refused to fix.

Yesterday 06/02 was my first time at Hillcrest Optometry. WOW ! I'm SO HAPPY with Dr Phan a REAL PROFESSIONAL from the start. Got contact lenses, and I can not ask for any better results. My vision is super clear now. Very nice office with I believe the latest technology on the market. The 2 ladies at front very very nice and friendly, she explained all about my insurance and final price. Dr you have a new VERY HAPPY costumer!! Thank you very much!!!

Been coming here for about 3 years now and I love it. I always have a nice experience doctor and the ladies in the front and very knowledgeable and give you all the information upfront before paying. I've had very pleasant experiences even got my husband to change optometrist and he enjoyed his visit as well.
