My mother and I live in and near Mission Hills, so it is very convenient to take all of our eyeglass needs and repairs to Robert at Insight Optical Center in Mission Hills. Even if we weren't nearby, we would definitely travel to see him--he is beyond knowledgeable and helpful, and this is the quite possibly the most comfortable and nicest place to have a prescription filled, select a new pair of eyeglasses, or bring in a pair to be repaired, that you will find. Excellent customer service and an extraordinary artful selection of frames. Robert will take good care of you!

Cannot begin to say how thrilled I am that I went to Insight Optical. Professional, engaging and made recommendations I would have never even thought of. I had no clue of the different variety of lenses available. I needed new lenses, I've worn glasses most of my adult life and the fit and quality of the lenses are the best I've ever had. Even though I didn't buy my frames here (purchased overseas) I was welcomed as if I did. I'm a customer for life, in my opinion, no need to look any further

Best customer service ever! My wife's eyeglasses broke. I went to two different big name stores. First one didn't have the parts, second told me to come back in 4 days. Stopped by in desperation. Manager was beyond helpful. Took his time, created a solution and then told me no charge. Unbelievable! This is why we all need to support small local business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
