Dr. Ho and his staff are very pleasant to work with each time I go for my appointment. This time because of my circumstance I was really early. They managed to get me in and out quickly and early. I am 85 so my daughter takes me. She likes the Otay Ranch location. There is a lot of construction going on but we manage. We are looking forward to the improvements.

Dr Ho and staff are very caring and concerned with your health needs he is very easy to talk to about any questions I may have.
Only issue with this location is not enough handicap parking which has nothing to do with Dr Ho or his staff we had to park on the top floor and my friend 60 plus had to push me down the ramp in my wheelchair and then we took elevator on 4th floor down to first floor for the appointment.
Not sure how this can best be improved but luckily we we arrived 45 minutes early .
