Exceptional human being, great doctor, kind and thoughtful. He saw my 90 years old mother who can barely walk, without an appointment, in a busy day. He prescribed a medication and most important- he assured her that she is not going blind. He treated her like she is his own mother.

Dr. Kentaro is patient and thorough. You will have no reason to go home with any questions or concerns unaddressed because he wants to hear everything about your questions, thoughts and feelings if you might be having surgery.
So if your appointment does not start exactly on time, be glad that Dr. Yamada isn't trying to rush through the maximum possible of clients every day, because he cares most of all about giving every patient the time they need to ensure that they will have the very best possible outcome.
