Lake Murray Optometric Center

I've been a client at Lake Murray Optometric for over 25 years. Each and every time I come in for my annual eye exam and consultation I feel welcomed and appreciated. Every staff member greets you with a warm hello and smile. My previous Dr. left to another facility so I had the services performed by Dr. Rachel Inlow and she was nothing short of amazing. she was very detailed and conveyed the information in an easy to understand language. I'll definitely be requesting her for my next annual exam. The fees are very reasonable (I had to pay "out of pocket) and I consider a great value. If you're due for you annual exam I highly recommend Lake Murray Optometric without reservation. Also recently my wife's expensive pair of glasses became damaged (one of the ear piece hinges broke and couldn't be repaired). I brought them to Lake Murray Optometric (where they were purchased) and Des Elsen one of the Opticians said she'd try and get the frames replaced under warranty. She was successful and when the frames were received she sent the frames out for installing the frame lenses. Everything was performed under warranty and with a smile. Thank You Des for saving us hundreds of dollars!

The staff at Lake Murray Optometric is absolutely exceptional--courteous, knowledgeable and truly professional. Because of an issue with one of my eyes, I've had to visit the clinic several times this year, and every appointment has been productive. The doctor and clinical team have consistently shown kindness and genuine care. I'm grateful for the outstanding service I've received. Thank you!

I love lake Murray optometric! I have been going to them for years. The location is really convenient and good parking. We've only not been able to find a parking spot 1 time, and we only had to park a little further away. The office is really clean and spacious. Right when you walk in, you are greeted by the staff. I cannot hype up the staff enough. The people who work here seem to actually like their jobs. They are always incredibly friendly and helpful. The doctor is a cool dude as well. I always get the same doctor when I go. Picking out glasses is fun. They help walk you through what your glasses options are and what insurance will cover, as well as the different lenses and such.

This was my first visit, and I couldn't have been more impressed! Even though I was running late, I was greeted with smiles and kindness right from the start. The team was so accommodating and told me not to worry about paperwork -- Darla quickly brought me in to start the initial exams and made me feel totally at ease. Then I met the wonderful Dr. Justine, and wow -- what an experience! She took her time asking all the right questions, explaining everything she was seeing, and even provided information for my primary care doctor for potential follow-up. It's rare to find a doctor who's so thorough, caring, and genuinely invested in your health. No surprise they have such great reviews -- I'll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional eye care experience!
