*LensCrafters is my go-to shop for glasses. *I have my annual eye exam there as well. The staff are all excellent. My opthamologist caught a tiny issue on my retina that will be followed up on. ****Appreciate her "focus" on the details. *LC staff/physicians are always ready to help - e.g. refitting my current glasses etc. *LC may not be least expensive shop, but investment in quality is never cheap. *My new prescription RayBan's are wonderful to wear outdoors, especially driving. I have much wider and sharper "field-of-vision" and feel actually safer driving as a result.

Nancy was highly efficient very helpful with all of my ancillary paperwork for my eyes. OD MASHTAGHI was excellent and very patient addressing all my unique concerns with my astigmatism. This location stands out! Great attention to detail and concern for the patients/customers.

I have been going to the Carmel Mountain Lenscrafters location for several years. The people there are wonderful to work with and very professional, helpful and kind. I always love my glasses and get many compliments on them.

The staff is always patient and attentive when I visit. On this latest visit, I wasn't sure how I would be able to afford my glasses. They helped me find frames that fit my face and budget without making me feel embarrassed. I left happy with my choice and impressed with the excellent customer service I received.

I was planning to refer my husband, my son, and my daughter, but after my experience, I will not recommend this location at all. The customer service was very poor. When I walked in, there were only two customers and three sales associates, yet I was ignored until I asked for help. I ordered my lenses (over $400, using my own frame and insurance), including an upgrade for thin lenses. I waited almost three weeks, and when I came to pick them up, I was told the thin lenses had not been ordered. One associate even told me I needed to pay extra for thinner lenses--despite the fact that I had already paid for them. After questioning it, the person who ordered my glasses admitted the wrong lenses had been ordered and said they would fix it. I had to leave my glasses for another two weeks. When I finally got them back, the lenses looked the same, and I was told it was "because of the frame," even though my previous thin lenses were in a similar frame. To make matters worse, the associate handed me my glasses dirty, didn't offer to clean them, and didn't even offer a cleaning cloth until I asked. One associate's attitude felt rushed and rude, as if he was doing me a favor by helping me or he just wanted to get me out of the store. I was told that if I was not happy to come back before the 15th. Why would I come back when I made it very clear that I was not happy with their response and laying? Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience

Great service!! Anthony is the best! He helped three of our family members select glasses that looked great and didn't break the bank. Highly recommend asking for Anthony when going to this location.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR YEARS. IT ALWAYS RUNS SMOOTHLY AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL, THEY GO BEYOND THE CALL TO HELP. THANKS!!! OUT TO ROBIN THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE. YOPU GUYS ARE GREAT!!!!!
