Came in to setup an appointment for my sister and I also needed an adjustment on my glasses they were feeling loose for awhile now. We were helped by Franky who was really charismatic and professional he knew exactly what my glasses needed to fit just right. Thank you 10 stars excellent customer service and care.

I always dread going to the eye doctor. Not because of me having get my eyes checked but because I usually just want to go in and find a pair of glasses but end up paying for things I don't really need. Well I have to say Franky was the light of this office. He was so polite and efficient. He was actually recommending things and finding out what I could benefit from what I really needed not what would simply just look nice. He also knew a lot about what he was conveying and I love employees who really know their stuff! He is honestly such an asset to this office, I don't think I've ever left a lens crafters location and had such a good experience. Please continue to take care of Franky he definitely is taking care of his customers. This is actually a really nice location as well. Great selection of options to choose from. Overall all the staff is great including O.D Edgardo Cintron. I could tell he really cares about what is best for the patient. Just great staff, great location.

I had an amazing experience with Franky at the Mission Valley Lens Crafters location. He has superb customer service and doesn't let you walk away with lens that you don't absolutely love. I was even able to order prescription eyewear that wasn't available in store. They had to ship it from another location. I am so grateful for Franky. He truly wanted to make sure I looked and felt fabulous in my glasses. Thank you for hiring excellence.

Thank you so much The great customer service from Carla and Conor for taking care of my broken sunglasses. The screw had broken off inside the hole for the side piece to attached to. Now I have sunglasses again hooray! And it was done very quickly

Assistant manager, Connor, is an excellent representative of The LensCrafters brand! I had a special request and he assisted me and helped me to get my prescription lens fitted into some vintage Oakley frames that had belonged to my husband. I appreciate the positive way that he assisted me and got the job done. Thank you.

Mixed reviews some staff are amazing others are avoiding and rude. First visits are always great which include eye exam; picking new frames. The problem however is if you have frames that don't fit and need to be redone, staff become less engaged and each visit is less inviting (probably becausethe sale was already final). The best staff are not the family members and owners. I have been using Lens Crafters in Mission Valley over 10 years. This was definitely the last visit.
