Dr. Ventura combines a gentle and professional demeanor. He was thorough and explained the multiple issues effecting my eyesight. He went above and beyond and got me in with the specialist (who was fully booked) who could give me the urgent treatment I needed for one of my eyes. He got her to squeeze me in so we could start the healing the same afternoon. So very grateful for his jumping right on it and to the specialist, Dr Kapoor, for fitting me in. The technicians assisting both of them were reassuring and extremely helpful as well. Could not have been better. Highly recommend Dr Ventura as well as Dr. Kapoor.
