I've been going here for about 5 or 6 years now and I absolutely love them! The front office staff is amazing, kind, and responsive. I have never felt uncomfortable and have always had great experiences with the whole team. I literally am so comfortable here that after moving to Irvine I still refuse to go anywhere else!

Easy to schedule an appointment and the doctor was friendly and easy to work with. Came in for my first ever eye exam and I have no complaints. Be advised that they still require patients to wear a mask so prepare for that.

Great experience from front desk ladies. My issue was with the eye Dr. He is not thorough enough and gave me the wrong glasses/contact lenses prescription (I had a second opinion done elsewhere to confirm my suspicion). I had to switch to a new optometry because I don't trust his expertise anymore.

Dr Simonds used to work out of this office, an excellent, fastidious optometrist!! Dr Pham bought the practice and maintains exacting standards. Anything less is ridiculous in optometry!! I tried the optometrist at my local Costco because it was a little less expensive for me (I pay out of pocket), but I've had less than crystal clear vision for two years as a result. As soon as I returned to Dr. Pham's office, all became clear again! :-)

Never pick ups the dang phone . Very rude. Stay away .... they guys no good tbh they gave me lazy cause they gave me the wrong prescription STAY AWAY.
Yes a lazy eye cause the prescriptions they gave me RUIN MY SIGHt cause it was uneven now I got a lawsuit pending all my time and effort.
Please just learn my from my mistake and make a petition to shut down these people who don't know how do their dang job .

We have been waiting for my mom's glasses for 15 days. Not a phone call from the office. We called twice. They have no clue when they are coming. We paid up front for all three glasses. Stay away from this place. Very poor service and apathetic.
