What is really sad here is that a lot of people complain about the same thing, which is a the customer service that ultimately goes back to the manager of the office. The doctor should really rethink his staff if everybody complains about the rudeness and the lack of customer service. But mostly nobody has bothered to answer and apologize to any of these reviews or the one under the actual office name. While the doctor is very nice and most of the staff as well, I had the misfortune of dealing with a technician that was completely inept in many levels. She already made a mistake on my actual reading glasses that was supposed to be bifocals but she couldn't get the bifocal division correctly two times in a row. First time too high, then too low. Unfortunately I had the worst outcome for expensive sun glasses that I purchased over a year ago And just recently decided to start wearing them because I have so many others. The inept technician, in order to make them fit on my face, completely bent the arm part so inappropriately, that the glasses will not stand on my head and they keep falling. When I brought him to another optician, actually two they said that whoever did that compromise my glasses completely and obviously didn't know what they were doing. I understand this person is not there anymore but I wanted to specifically talk to the manager to find out if there's something they could do even though there has been such a time lapse, and the manager to whom I left several messages within the last month, never bothered to call me back for the feedback and possible resolution. I find this highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Obviously they don't care... I even have pictures to show them, and they didn't even bother asking me to send them over and unfortunately there's no way to post him here to show the egregious adjustment this inept technician did...

Terrible customer service! The lady that answered the phone, all she said was "hello", as if she was answering her personal cell phone. She was very rude and did not answer any of my questions. I will never use nor refer this place to anyone else.

The lady that answered was super rude. Get ready for unprofessional customer service.
