National Vision Center

been going to this place for years , everything was good until my last visit. I have vision insurance and when I asked the lady at the front desk if there was any thing I would need to pay up front she said ,just the copay that could be $10-15 dollars , when exam was over and was taken to the front to order my contacts the lady said it would be $59 dollar for fitting and some other fees that my insurance did not cover , I was upset and went back to the 1st lady ,she said that she I though I was getting glasses , very unprofessional. If maybe they stop talking about their personal stuff between staff they could pay attention to the customer and let them know upfront what is cover by their insurance instead of having to find out at the end.(update, I got a letter from them in the mail saying I owe them $15)
