New Optix Optometry

I had an excellent experience at this optometry office and couldn't be more satisfied. I saw Dr. Michael Tran, and the entire process from booking to pickup, was outstanding. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, which I really appreciated. I brought in two of my own frames to have new lenses made using my current prescription. The visit itself was great from start to finish. The receptionist was welcoming and professional, the lady who helped me with the pre exam tests was wonderful, and another staff member (I'm sorry I didn't catch their names) took the time to help me complete everything and clearly explain the optional lens features without any pressure. About two weeks later, I received both a text and a call letting me know my glasses were ready for pickup. When I picked them up, they were absolutely perfect, exactly what I was hoping for. I truly appreciate Dr. Tran and the entire staff for their professionalism, efficiency, and great service. Highly recommended!

Between texts and emails, I had to confirm my appointment about five times, but after that, the experience was wonderful. Warm friendly people, very thorough exam, not rushed. NO pressure to buy glasses from their optical department. First rate biz!

Dr Ta and front office staff are simply amazing. Scheduled a last minute appointment for my mother. From the initial call to schedule and all follow up interactions, the staff was simply amazing, extremely friendly, helpful, professional and compassionate, you could totally hear the smile in their voices and see it in their face. I visited the office today for an eye exam ($39) which was very detailed. I also purchased a pair of glasses. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Dr. Ta was VERY thorough and explained her observations/ results every step of the way. I highly recommend New Optix and this will be the 'go to' for my families' Optometry needs.
