They were absolutely the kindest and most helpful optometrists I've ever met. I am new to contacts and came in to ask for help as I believe somewhere during the day they might have fallen out, and they were happy to assist me even though I wasn't a regular customer.
I ended up buying a bottle of eye drops as my eyes were probably getting dry from wearing contact lens more regularly, and they even offered me a couple of samples contact lenses to replace the ones that fell out. Such an amazing gesture, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs glasses or lenses!

I have been going to The Vision Collective for a number of years and they are fantastic! I have various issues with my eyes, and I get excellent care and the communication is wonderful. On top of that, their eyeglass frame selection is great! I've gotten the cutest glasses there and the assistance in choosing a frame that looks good on me is top notch. Erick heard my tragic tale, offered to take a crack at fixing them, and came back a few minutes later with them looking and feeling like new! I'm so thankful to the team here for being so welcoming and pleasant (everyone we spoke to was absolutely lovely) and for offering to help out a girl in need. Thank you Erick!!!
