Having the ability to "pre-register" on line, was a real plus, though depending on the complexity of your medical history, might take closer to 30 minutes start to finish to complete, but nonetheless, was "a real time saver"!
The office location was easy to find, and to get to.
For me, it was a short commute.
The Receptionist was warm and welcoming from "the get go".
There were a very few additional items for me to provide.
The Technician was thorough, efficient, personable, and explained any assessments I had to perform clearly.
I much appreciated my referral to Dr. Pillar, as she easily met my expectations as spoken to, by my referring Optometrist.
She addressed my condition very understandably, and outlined in sufficient detail, the options for care available to me, and roughly over what period of time, those would be seen through.
Her presence exuded a very reassuring competence!
All my questions were well answered, which I am quite grateful for.
My appointments for pre-op, and surgeries, were all set up at my initial visit.
Like all others, the Scheduler made my evaluation, and steps to subsequent care, especially pleasant for a "New Patient"!!

Having glaucoma means keeping up with doctor visits. Dr. Ellie Samadani has been my go-to doctor for the past 6 years. The level of care I have received from my physician has been outstanding. She is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about my well-being. I feel lucky to have found a doctor who treats me as a person, not just a patient. Each time we meet at my appointment, she has provided thorough examinations and has shown genuine concern I cannot speak more highly of her. All the staff are great too. Plenty of parking and large front office.

This review is only for a consultation visit, but I felt compelled to put a review because of the great service I experienced here. All staff is professional and friendly from front desk staff to Dr Pillar. I also want to shout out the ophthalmic technician that did the tests on me as he was super patient and kind. I am not sure if I want to move forward with any eye surgery for personal reasons at this time, but the clinic was able to provide me with all the information I needed and took great care of me during my visit. Thank you all so much!

New to the area and my husband recommended this place since we live right behind the building. Absolutely loved this place. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, family oriented, and professional. I had to bring my 9 month old to do my eye exam, one of the staff members offered to hold my baby so I could finish my exam (my baby was fussy and tired) the eye doctor even took control of rocking the stroller back and forth while she was measuring my eyes. Lol The staff there was truly a blessing. I've been in many situations where I felt uncomfortable and that rescheduling was going to be my only option but that wasn't the case. Yes, I'm fully aware that I shouldn't have brought my infant to my appointment but with my situation I had no other choice. Overall I had an unforgettable experience, everything was on point. 1000 recommend this place.
