I had an outstanding experience at Optometric Expressions! PD was incredibly helpful and walked me through all my options with great patience and expertise. Rommel truly had the Midas touch, fixing a couple of my glasses on the spot with precision. Both PD and Rommel were incredibly friendly and professional. I will, without a doubt, be referring them to anyone who wears glasses. Exceptional service all around! I was so excited to write the review, I did it in my car before leaving!

I came in to have my glasses repaired, and P.D. helped me out right away. The issue was taken care of within minutes! Great service, highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for any future eyewear needs.

Optometric Expressions is hands down the best place for eye care! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Dana Huth is amazing--super knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about your eye health. The eye exam was comprehensive, and they even used the latest technology to make sure everything was checked. Plus, they have a great selection of frames, so finding something stylish was easy. I couldn't be happier with my experience here and highly recommend Optometric Expressions to anyone in need of top-notch eye care!

Was given the wrong prescription for my glasses and contacts, when I said I didn't want thick glasses. Left with a pair of contacts that aren't correct, got my glasses based off his prescription and I can't see out of 1 lense. I am so disappointed with the quality of service. I will have to get a 2nd eye exam in less than a month to get the correct prescription and then pay for a 2nd pair of glasses. Don't waste your money, time, or insurance bothering with this place. Not to mention, if you go to 402 West Broadway, you have to walk around the block, to C st to actually get to the store.

Excellent experience at Optometric Expressions. Was promptly waited on by PD, the office manager, who helped me with broken eyeglass frames I originally purchased out of state. After determining my frames were not repairable, PD found attractive, affordable frames that my lenses could be immediately transferred into so I was not without my glasses! I have worn glasses for nearly 60 years and would not hesitate to return to Optometric Expressions.

Excellent experience getting an annual eye exam, referral for LASIK, and a new pair of computer glasses. The doctor was awesome - super experienced and communicative about the science and other ins and outs of my eye health. I learned so much! PD was a joy helping me pick glasses, was very transparent about all costs, and was just a kind soul. Looking forward to making this my eye health home.

I had a very similar experience as reviewer David below. This was my 3rd yearly check up. My first visit I was charged a contact lens exam fee which was perfectly reasonable because I was there for an hour trying on different lenses and brands. I came in this year (my third time) stating I needed my yearly check up, renew my lenses, but also needed new glasses. I requested my glasses to be covered through my insurance and my lenses I would pay out of pocket. The woman in the front did not mention I would need another contact lens exam fee (this year or last year), nor was there a sign. I was always under the impression these last 2 visits it was all part of the same exam. When checking out I noticed all of the charges and said I would not pay the lens fee. They said I was charged for it last year too which bothered me because both years since my first visit they did not differentiate between the 2 and simply stated what I owed was the remainder of up to what the insurance would cover. That was NOT the case when looking at the itemized invoice. Dr. Huth then offered the same amount ($70) as a discount toward my glasses which didn't make any sense since insurance was paying for them. I requested that if he was offering the $70 off why not simply waive the lens fee which was the same amount. I did not hear from them for over a week and received an invoice for just my copay. When I went in to pay and order my glasses I found out they billed my insurance company without my authorization for the lens exam fee. Apparently they did the same thing last year. This meant I would have to wait a year for new glasses which I really need. Thank God for my insurance company who offered to reimburse me for the lens fee and allow me to still get glasses from another doctor after I called them. What is even worse is that when I received my contact lens confirmation/prescription after I paid the doctor wrote the wrong prescription - so I am still without lenses or new glasses. Very dishonest business and they find sneaky ways to charge you for exams. Don't go here.
