I recently visited the Pearle Vision Center in the exchange complex at NAS North Island in Coronado. I was quickly greeted by Masyio who helped me throughout the entire process. Masyio was very helpful, personable, professional, efficient, and detail oriented through every phase of the process. She worked diligently to make sure I got the full benefit from my insurance, resulting in an excellent final cost for a great new frame and top of the line lenses. Do not recommend this place. They said I could try the glasses and return them if I did not like them. I bought two pair but only have worn one so I tried to return the second pair and they said I am not able to. The glasses are in perfect condition as well so no reason to refund and take them back.
